1. Use of the Platform

1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
2. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Account Registration

1. To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
2. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Marketplace & Transactions

1. Almarwah Mall acts as a platform connecting buyers and multiple independent vendors.
2. We are not the seller of products — each vendor is responsible for product quality, warranties, returns, and customer support for their listings.
3. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

4. Orders, Returns & Refunds

1. All orders are subject to vendor acceptance and availability.
2. Returns and refunds are handled according to the vendor’s policy and applicable laws.
3. We reserve the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

5. Pricing & Payments

1. Product prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice.
2. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using approved payment methods.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Misuse or attempt to hack the Platform.
2. Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
3. Engage in fraudulent transactions or impersonate another user.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All app content, trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by Almarwah Mall or our licensors.
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Data & Privacy

1. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
2. We collect, store, and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account & Data Deletion

1. You may request account deletion via the in-app Delete Account option or by emailing [email protected].
2. Upon deletion, your account and personal data will be removed, except for legally required retention.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to product defects, delays, or service interruptions.
2. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service directly through the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective when posted, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
